Eine apokalyptische One-Woman-Show, die Glitter, Spiele und große Fragen vereint. Angesichts von Klimakrise, Kriegen und dem von allen Religionen bestätigten Untergang muss die Hure von Babylon entscheiden: ein schönes Ende für die Menschheit oder Rache an einer Spezies, die sie als Frau immer marginalisiert hat? Sie wählt die Rache und verwandelt die Stand-up-Comedy in ein blutiges Hexenritual.

A one-woman apocalyptic show that blends glitter, games, and big questions. Faced with the climate crisis, wars, and the apocalypse confirmed by all religions, the Whore of Babylon must decide: offer humanity a good ending or take revenge on a species that has long marginalised her. She chooses revenge, turning the evening from comedy into a bloody witch ritual.

This interactive performance featured Death hosting a thoroughly wholesome birthday party with tarot readings and children’s party games.

APOCALYPSE HEROES
The year is 2053, and humanity has chosen to "apocalypse" (yes, it's a verb now). With Earth’s end accepted, the UN summons the official bringers of the apocalypse - the Apocalypse Heroes - to ensure humanity exits in style.
The story follows four protagonists: the Whore of Babylon, a pregnant camel, a tech CEO, and her assistant Barbara, each using wildly different methods to prepare for the end.

Das Jahr ist 2053, und die Menschheit hat beschlossen, die Apokalypse „zu apokalypsieren“ (ja, das ist jetzt ein Verb). Mit dem akzeptierten Ende der Erde ruft die UN die offiziellen Vollstrecker der Apokalypse – die Apokalypse-Helden – zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Menschheit stilvoll abtritt.
Die Geschichte folgt vier Protagonist:innen: der Hure von Babylon, einem trächtigen Kamel, einer Tech-CEO und ihrer Assistentin Barbara, die alle mit völlig unterschiedlichen Methoden dem Ende entgegensehen.

ReflektorTV is a 48-hour stream of community journalism, satire, and surreal news — made by and for Neukölln as part of 48h Neukölln Festival.
Inspired by the festival theme “What the Fact? – Between Truth and Perception,” the programme mixes real reporting, performance, and fiction.
Streaming from Friday 27 June, 7pm to Sunday 29 June, 7pm on www.reflektortv.de, and on screens at local venues across Neukölln.
A highlight of the stream was WTF News — a fictional news show hosted by alien journalists.

ReflektorTV ist ein 48-Stunden-Stream aus Satire und surrealen Nachrichten – Kiez-Journalismus gemacht von und für Neukölln, der im Rahmen des Festival 48h-Neukölln ausgestrahlt wurde.
Inspiriert vom Festivalthema „What the Fact? – Zwischen Wahrheit und Wahrnehmung“ mischt das Programm echte Berichterstattung, Performance und Fiktion.
Gestreamt wurde von Freitag, 27. Juni, 19:00 Uhr bis Sonntag, 29. Juni, 19:00 Uhr auf www.reflektortv.de und auf Bildschirmen in lokalen Veranstaltungsorten in ganz Neukölln – 48h lang.
Ein Highlight des Streams ist WTF News – eine fiktive Nachrichtensendung, moderiert von außerirdischen Journalist*innen und live ausgestrahlt in die Welt, ins All.
